EMIS announces that Sean Riddell, a non-executive director of the Group, has advised the Board of EMIS that he intends to step down from his current non-executive director role, effective 30 January 2015.

The Board thanks Sean for his substantial contribution to the business over the past 25 years, in both his executive and non-executive roles.

Sean Riddell said, "I am extremely proud of the part I have played in EMIS's achievements and growth to date, both as part of the executive team and more recently as a non-executive. I remain a significant shareholder in EMIS and look forward to the Group's continued success."
