The Board of Countrywide plc is pleased to announce that Natalie Ceeney will be appointed Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 28 April 2017.
Natalie has held various Senior Executive positions and most recently was Chief Executive of HM Courts and Tribunals Service, Head of Customer Standards of HSBC UK; and Chief Executive of the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Commenting on the appointment, Peter Long, Independent Chairman Countrywide plc said:

There is no additional information to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13R of the UKLA Listing Rules in respect of the appointment of Natalie Ceeney.
This appointment is subject to FCA approval.
