The Board of AXA Property Trust Limited (the "Company") announces that Alphons Spaninks has retired as a Director with effect from close of business on 31 October 2016.

The Board wish to thank Mr Spaninks for his valuable contribution to the Company, his European property expertise and all his work and involvement with the Company, since joining the Board in 2013.

At this stage of the Company’s managed wind-down and in view of the need to adopt a prudent approach to the cost base of the Company the Board have decided that Mr Spanink’s position will not be replaced.
