888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies with internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888 and Mr Green, announces that Andria Vidler will resign from the Board of Directors and as Chair of the ESG Committee with effect from 30 September 2023 due to her appointment to UK CEO of Allwyn Entertainment UK which was announced today.

Lord Mendelsohn, Executive Chair of 888, commented:
