James Fisher and Sons plc (the "Company") announced on 5 July 2010 (RNS 77520) that Stuart Kilpatrick had been appointed Group Finance Director designate and is pleased to confirm that Michael Shields retired, stepping down from the Board, on 30 November 2010 and Stuart Kilpatrick joined the Board as Group Finance Director on 1 December 2010.

The Company confirms that there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
