Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT), a leading operator of premium Digital Out-of-Home advertising in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the Nordics and Germany announces that Thomas Ebeling has resigned from the Board of the Company as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 30 September 2021 due to other Board commitments.
Ocean's Chairman, Mr Aryeh Bourkoff said: "On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Thomas for his guidance and support over the past three years.
