Manchester Building Society8 February 2005 TWO NEW BOARD APPOINTMENTS AT MANCHESTER BUILDING SOCIETY Manchester Building Society have made two new appointments to its Board. Christopher Gee, 36, joins the Society as Finance Director from a similarposition in Bolton solicitors, Keoghs. Christopher, who qualified as achartered accountant in 1993 has also held senior financial positions at BUPAand SSL International plc. Michael Prior, 59, joins the Society as a non-executive director. Michael is abusiness focused chartered accountant with over 30 years in public practice as apartner in HLB Kidsons. Michael was for six years an elected member of theCouncil of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and hisprominence among Manchester's business and financial community will serve toincrease the Society's profile in the Greater Manchester Area.
