DCD Media, the independent TV distribution and production group, announces that Andrew Lindley has resigned as non-executive director of the Company on 13 August 2020, with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Mr. Lindley for his contribution to the Company since joining the Board in 2012.

 

The Board has already identified a suitable and qualified candidate as a replacement non-executive director and a further announcement will be made shortly.
