Mr. Williams has pursued a portfolio career of both non-executive and executivedirector roles in public and privately owned businesses since completing his13-year career as the Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Executive Officerof Selfridges PLC. For 8 years through to December 2013, Mr. Williams was the Senior IndependentDirector at ASOS plc. He is currently non-executive director at Cineworld Groupplc, one of the UK's leading chains of cinemas and Senior Independent Directorat Sportech PLC, one of the world's leading operators and suppliers of poolsand tote gaming.
