Formation Group PLC03 July 2007 Formation Group PLC ("Formation" or "the Group") Appointment of Group Communications Director Formation has engaged the services of Mike Wallwork to manage communications onbehalf of the Group with effect from 2nd July 2007. Mike will have the title ofGroup Communications Director, although this is not a main board appointment. Mike will also be appointed as Company Secretary to Formation. Mike, 37, previously held the positions of Director of Business Affairs andCompany Secretary, for Felix Group plc, another company admitted to trading onAIM. In his new role Mike will be responsible for overseeing and developing theGroup's communications profile and developing bespoke communication strategiesfor Formation's individual business brands which include Proactive (UK and USA),Kingsbridge Asset Management, Capital Sports Solutions and more recentlyColumbia Design & Build. Prior to joining Felix in 2002 Mike spent 16 years at Royal & SunAllianceculminating in his role as Head of UK Media Relations.
