Resignation of Director

NTLG (AIM: NTLG) announces the resignation of James Tan Men Dong as a Non-executive director on the board of the Company. This is with effect from 31st January 2013 and is due to the increasing demands imposed by his various other commitments.

In 2012, James was instrumental in bringing the Company to its listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and subsequently for helping develop strategy. He leaves us with our thanks and best wishes for success in his numerous other endeavours.
