Findel, one of the UK's leading Home Shopping and Educational Supplies businesses, announces that Mrs Alexandra (Sandy) Kinney-Pritchard has indicated her intention to step down from the Board as a non-executive director for personal reasons. Sandy will leave the Board with effect from August 28th. David Sugden, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Sandy for her contribution to the Group and we wish her well for the future."
