Big Sofa (AIM:BST), a fast-growing international video analytics provider to the consumer insight industry, regrets to announce that Paul Clark has stepped down as a non-executive director of the Company. This will take immediate effect and is in support of a strategy to streamline the board of directors while maintaining an appropriate level of governance. The board thanks Paul for his valuable contribution to the development of the Company since its admission to AIM in December 2016.
