Director & Chairman Appointment

Metal Tiger is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Terry Grammer as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect and Chairman of the Company effective from 24 September 2014.

Terry is an award-winning geologist with over 40 years' experience in mining and mineral exploration with extensive experience in Australia, Africa, Southeast Asia and New Zealand. The directors of Metal Tiger anticipate that his standing in the mining community around the world will increase the range and depth of the Company's access to mineral exploration investment opportunities. Terry has been involved in numerous ASX-listed companies that have achieved substantial growth, most notably:

· in 1997, as geologist with ASX-listed Jubilee Mines NL, Terry co-discovered the Cosmos Nickel Deposit for which he was awarded the AMEC (Association of Mining & Exploration Companies) Joint Prospector of the Year in 2000. From that discovery, Jubilee Mines NL went on to become an ASX Top 200 company and ultimately be sold to Xstrata Plc in 2007 for AUD$3.1 billion (equivalent £1.8bn) at a share price of AUD$23 per share;

· as a Founder/Promoter and the Exploration Manager (2000-2004) of Western Areas NL (ASX:WSA), which listed in 2000 and went on to become a successful nickel miner and an ASX Top 200 company;

· as Chairman (2008-2013) he guided South Boulder Mines Ltd (ASX:STB) through the discovery and pre-feasibility studies of the Colluli potash deposit in Eritrea which saw the company become an ASX Top 300 company; and

· as a director of Sirius Resources NL (ASX:SIR) since June 2010 to present, guiding the company through the discovery, feasibility and development funding of the Nova nickel and copper deposits in Western Australia as it became an ASX Top 200 (current market capitalisation over AUD$1.1billion). This discovery saw the company's share price rise from AUD$0.05 in July 2012 to reach a peak above AUD$5 per share in early 2013.

Terry is appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect and will be appointed Chairman of the Company following the release of the Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2014, scheduled for Wednesday 24 September 2014.

The current Chairman, Alex Borrelli, continues to be a Director and becomes the Company's Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. The Company thanks Alex for his work as Chairman.

Terry Grammer is a founding director and shareholder of Black Star Gold Pty Ltd ("BlackStar"), holding 3,000,000 shares representing approximately 15.09 per cent. of BlackStar's issued share capital. BlackStar holds 19,880,000 shares in the Company representing 10.82 per cent. of Metal Tiger's issued share capital.
