The Board of Stilo International plc ("Stilo" or the "Company") (LSE:STL), the AIM quoted software and services company, announces that Christine Moore, Finance Director and Company Secretary, has resigned from the Company with effect from 18 October 2010 to pursue a new career opportunity.

The Board wishes to thank Chris for her excellent and valued contribution to the Company over the past years and wish her well in her new position.

The Board is pleased to announce that Chris will be replaced as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with immediate effect by Richard Alsept. The Board welcomes Richard back to the Company, Richard having held these positions at Stilo up to May 2008.

The Board is pleased to confirm that, as set out in the interim results statement released on 23 September 2010, trading conditions continue to be encouraging, and good progress is being made on several fronts. The Company is building upon this progress through the further development of new products and online services, which are expected to make a positive financial contribution during 2011,
