In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, PZ Cussons plc ("PZ Cussons") announces that Dariusz Kucz, Non-Executive Director, has advised PZ Cussons that he will step down from the Board with effect from 14 September 2023. The Board would like to thank Dariusz very much for his valuable contribution over the last five years and we wish him every possible success in the future.
