Redstone PLC06 March 2007 Redstone plc ("Redstone" or "the Company") Appointment of Non-Executive Director 6 March 2007 - Redstone plc, the national IT & Communications solutionsprovider, is pleased to announce that Mr Tim Sherwood is to be appointed to theBoard as a non-executive Director with immediate effect. Mr Sherwood, a Chartered Accountant, aged 52, joins Redstone from Vodafone Groupplc where he held senior management positions - primarily in financial roles -since 1993 and oversaw the majority of Vodafone's UK Merger & Acquisitionactivity during his time with the Group. Tim's most recent position was asBusiness Development Director of Vodafone UK, prior to this he was successful innumerous roles as the Finance Director to various Vodafone subsidiaries &divisions.
