Kleenair Systems International Plc ("Kleenair" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Jubeenh Nazhat (aged 40) has been appointed as non-executive director with immediate effect.

Ms Nazhat is an experienced qualified solicitor having recently worked for Trowers & Hamlins LLP. Previously Ms Nazhat worked as in-house legal counsel for London Underground Limited. Ms Nazhat has not held any directorships in the last five years.

There are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

Further to Ms Nazhat's appointment Sarah Pozner has resigned as non-executive director with immediate effect. No compensation is payable in relation to Ms Pozner's vacation of office.
