ITE Group PLC10 February 2005 ITE Group plc BOARD CHANGE London & Moscow, 10th February 2005 - ITE Group plc, the international exhibitions group specializing in emerging and developing markets, has today issued the following statement. Ross Stobie, General Director of the Moscow office of ITE Group plc and a mainBoard Director, has tendered his resignation to resume his career in the Oil &Gas sector. He will stand down from both of these positions on 9thAugust 2005.Ross will continue his roles and responsibilities until then and will beassisting fully in the handover to a new Moscow General Director. The Group isin the process of a comprehensive search for a new General Director to beappointed during this period. Ian Tomkins, ITE Group plc's Chief Executive Officer said "Ross has contributedgreatly over the past three years. He has overseen the stabilization of thelocal business unit and steered the Moscow operation through a significantperiod of growth and expansion.
