eg solutions plc ("eg" or "the Company"; LSE-AIM: EGS), the back office optimisation software company, announces the appointment of Paul Hoban aged 36 to the Board as Finance Director with immediate effect.

Paul Hoban joined the Company in 2007 as Financial Controller. In addition to being responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the Company, over the past year he has played an increasing role in handling relationships with shareholders and the City of London. Prior to joining eg solutions, Paul Hoban worked at Beth Johnson Housing Association for over 4 years in senior finance positions including Head of Finance.

Paul Michael Hoban was previously a Director of Paul Hoban Limited which has now been liquidated.
