Appointment of Non-Executive Director

System1 Group PLC (AIM: SYS1) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lewis Robinson to the board of the Company with immediate effect.

Lewis has a background in asset management, advising several family offices on public and private investments. He is Founder and Director of Crucible Clarity Fund Plc, an Isle of Man fund which invests in a portfolio of UK-listed businesses.

Lewis Robinson has elected to waive any remuneration in respect of his role.

Rupert Howell, System1's Non-Executive Chair, commented "I am pleased to welcome Lewis to the board of the Company. I am looking forward to working with him as we focus on delivering sustainable value for all our stakeholders. His experience will further strengthen the Board's skillset and bring new perspectives to the Board discussions."

Lewis Simon Robinson, aged 33 years, holds or has held the following directorships or partnerships during the five years preceding the date of this announcement:

Crucible Management Limited is an Isle of Man based investment manager owned by Lewis Robinson which manages Crucible Clarity Fund Plc. Crucible Clarity Fund Plc owns 904,714 shares in System1 Group Plc, equating to 7.13% of the Company's total voting rights and is the Company's second largest shareholder. Lewis Robinson indirectly owns c.2.5% of Crucible Clarity Fund Plc.
