Board change
Stock Spirits, a leading owner and producer of premium branded spirits and liqueurs that are principally sold in Central and Eastern Europe and Italy, announces the following change to its Board:
Juliette Stacey is joining as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2021.
Juliette is currently Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Fuller, Smith and Turner P.L.C., a premium pubs and hotels business. Juliette was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Mabey Group and Chief Operating Officer (Commercial UK & Europe) at Savills plc.
Following this change, the composition of the Board's Committees will be as follows:
· The Audit Committee will continue to be chaired by Mike Butterworth and its other members will be John Nicolson, Tomasz Blawat, Kate Allum and Juliette Stacey.
· The Remuneration Committee will continue to be chaired by Kate Allum and its other members will be Tomasz Blawat, Diego Bevilacqua, Mike Butterworth and Juliette Stacey.
· The Nomination Committee, Responsible Business Committee and the Disclosure Committee membership will not change.

Stock Spirits confirms that no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority in relation to the appointment of Juliette Stacey as a director of Stock Spirits Group PLC.
