RSA announces Directorate change

Further to the announcement made on 4 August 2011 regarding Andy Haste's intention to step down as Group Chief Executive, RSA today confirms that Simon Lee will succeed Andy Haste with effect from 1 November 2011. Mr Haste will retire from the Company and the Board of RSA on 31 December 2011.
