Elektron PLC28 April 2008 Elektron Plc ('Elektron' or the 'Company') The board of Elektron announces that it has decided to split the roles ofchairman and chief executive. Keith Daley, already a non-executive director ofthe Company, has been appointed non executive Chairman and Adrian Girlingcontinues as CEO.
