Alternative Networks announces that at today's AGM, Mr Mark Quartermaine, a Non-Executive Director, resigned and will cease to be a director with immediate effect. Mr Quartermaine has been a Board member since December 2012.

James Murray, Executive Chairman, commented:

"Regretfully, Mark has had to resign due to the requirements of his executive duties elsewhere. We are grateful for his support and advice in the last 14 months and wish him every success in the future."
