Charles Taylor Consulting PLC01 June 2005 Charles Taylor Consulting Board appointment The board of Charles Taylor Consulting plc (the "Company") is pleased toannounce that Stephen Mathews, the current finance director, has agreed toaccept the newly created position as finance director of Mutuals andAcquisitions. This new role recognises the need to ensure that our clientmutuals are well resourced in an increasingly complex fiscal and regulatoryenvironment. This new role will also involve responsibility for any newacquisitions the group may make in the future. George Fitzsimons, 42, who joined the Company earlier this year, has today beenappointed Group Finance Director in succession to Stephen Matthews and will bejoining the board of the Company immediately. Prior to joining the Company hewas the Finance Director of Masons, a firm of solicitors with an internationalpractice and 330 fee earners, before which time he had served in a seniorfinancial capacity in companies working in the aviation and retailing sectors.George is a chartered accountant.
