Notification of Appointment of Alternate Director

The Company announces the appointment of Ms Pel Loh Pooi Ling as an Alternate Director to Mr Andrew Khoo and Mr Kwan-Cheong Ng, both being Non-Executive Directors of the Company, with effect from 7 June 2010.

Ms Loh has served in various positions within The MUI Group and is currently Senior Vice President responsible for two Corus Hotels in Malaysia. Ms Loh holds directorships in various companies in Malaysia, namely Metrojaya Berhad, Ming Court (KL) Sdn. Bhd., Pengkalen Holiday Resort Sdn. Bhd. and Pan Malaysia Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. She holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Malaya and a Communication Advertising and Marketing (CAM) Diploma in Communications from the UK.

In accordance with FSA Listing Rule 9.6.13, the Company confirms that Ms Loh is not a non-executive director of any public listed company and has not held any other directorships in any public listed companies within the last five years.

Ms Loh owns 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
