Essentra plc, a leading global provider and manufacturer of essential components and solutions, announces that Dupsy Abiola will step down from her role as a Non-Executive Director at the AGM on 20 May 2026.

 

Dupsy joined Essentra in 2022 and during her tenure with the Company has served on the Nomination, ESG and Remuneration Committees.
