Director Change
Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), the instant communications services provider for mobile devices, announces that Jorge Pinievsky has informed the Board of his decision to stand down as a Director of the Company with immediate effect in order to allow him to pursue other interests.
The Board would like to express their gratitude to Mr Pinievsky for his valuable contribution to the Company as one of its original directors.
The Board has continued to invest in its executive teams in both the UK and Israel and anticipates announcing the appointment of a new Chief Operating Officer in due course.
