Permanent TSB plc (trading as Permanent TSB or the 'Bank') is a wholly owned subsidiary of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc.
HEADLINE: APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc has today announced that, following receipt of regulatory approval, Mike Frawley, the Bank's Chief Risk Officer will join the Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect.
Mike was appointed as Chief Risk Officer in December 2018. Prior to joining Permanent TSB Mike spent 19 years with HSBC in a variety of countries with roles in risk management, retail banking, wholesale banking, asset management, trade finance and strategy implementation.
Jeremy Masding, Group Chief Executive, said: "Mike is an experienced and determined Chief Risk Officer ensuring control and challenge, while also demonstrating strong business acumen. Mike's appointment as an Executive Director demonstrates a key focus for the Board in providing robust oversight of risk management and internal control at the Bank".
