Notification of Board change

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 (2), Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company") announces that Richard Adam has notified the Company of his intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with his last day of service being 31 December 2017.

The Board has commenced a formal search for his replacement and Richard has agreed to remain as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees until his last day of service to the Company.

A further announcement will be made as soon as the details and commencement date of Richard's successor have been agreed.

Countryside Chairman, David Howell said: "The Board of Countryside wishes to thank Richard Adam for his significant contribution to the Board and its committees since joining Countryside. The whole Board wishes Richard well for the future."
