EMIS Group, the UK leader in connected healthcare software and services, is delighted to announce the appointment of Kevin Boyd to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director.
Kevin brings extensive board level financial experience and is currently Group Finance Director of Oxford Instruments plc, a leading FTSE 250 provider of high-technology tools and systems for industry and research. He will join the EMIS Board audit, remuneration and nomination committees. After starting his career as a Chartered Engineer, Kevin, 49, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. He has since held senior financial positions in Radstone Technology plc (a listed designer and manufacturer of computers), Siroyan Limited and TI Group (now Smiths Group plc). He is also a member of the London Stock Exchange's Primary Markets Group.
