Park (AIM: PKG.L), the UK's leading multi-retailer, multi-channel gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, announces that after some 38 years of service, Gary Woods, Managing Director of Park Retail Limited, has stepped down from the Board of Park Group plc, with immediate effect.

As he approaches his retirement from the Company, Gary will assist with the orderly handover of his operational duties to Julian Coghlan who has been with Park since August 2017. Julian was previously Executive Director of Adare SEC Limited a leading provider of secure communication technology.

Laura Carstensen, Chairman of Park, said: "We would like to thank Gary for the important contribution he has made to Park over more than three decades of dedicated service. He will provide valuable advice and support to Julian during this interim period. We are confident that Julian will excel in his new role."
