Directorate Change
The Company announces that Nick Wells, Executive Director and Head of Corporate Finance, has decided that he will stand down from the Board following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 17 May 2017. Nick will continue to focus on and develop the Company's Corporate Finance operations.
Gerry Aherne, Non-executive Chairman, commented:
"On behalf of the entire Board I would like to express our thanks to Nick who assisted on a number of Board assignments while on the Board. I am pleased to confirm that Nick will continue in his leadership role within our Corporate Finance business."
