Directorate Change

Formation Group PLC (the "Group") announces the appointment of Mr Charles Alexander Green, as non-executive director with immediate effect.

Charles, aged 57, is currently a partner in Fort Blockhouse Partnership Limited and a director of Our Enterprise Haslar Limited and Azure International Limited. Within the last 10 years he has been a director of the following companies: Proactive Plc, Kingsbridge Plc, Medical Solutions Plc and HFG Ltd.

Charles, who was formerly a director of Formation (2001-2003) does not have a beneficial interest in the issued share capital of Formation.

There is no other information which needs to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
