SABMiller directorate change

John Manzoni, an independent non-executive director, has informed the company of his intention to step down as a director with effect from the company's next annual general meeting in July 2015, when he will not stand for re-election.

SABMiller Chairman John Manser said:

"Although John is not standing down until next year, I want to place on record our thanks for his outstanding contribution to the SABMiller board. He brings to our deliberations his keen intellect and his considerable insights into the business environment across multiple continents and countries, and serves with distinction as a key member of our remuneration, nomination and corporate accountability committees. We wish John every success in his future endeavours."
