1 December 2008 G4S PLC CHANGES TO THE ROLES OF DIRECTORS
G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that, following the company's annual general meeting on 26 May 2009, Thorleif Krarup will cease to act as chairman of the company's Audit Committee and Mark Seligman will assume that role. Mr Krarup will remain a member of that committee.
