Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Milwaukee, WI, March 12, 2013 - Titanium Asset Management Corp. (AIM:TAM) (the "Company") announces that effective as March 11, 2013, Mr. Ron Braverman has resigned from our board of directors for personal reasons.
