Findel, one of the UK's leading Home Shopping and Educational Supplies businesses, confirms that Mr Mike Hawker retired from the board at the close of the annual general meeting held on 24 July 2013. Mrs Laurel Powers-Freeling has taken over the chair of the Remuneration Committee from him.
