Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that William Huyett will step down as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, with immediate effect in view of his additional commitments following his recent appointment as Chairman of Georgia Healthcare Group PLC. Mr Huyett will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Jykri Talvitie will succeed Mr Huyett as Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
