Director Retirement
In accordance with UKLR 6.4.6(2), Stelrad Group plc ("Stelrad" or "the Group" or "the Company", LSE: SRAD) announces today that Martin Payne, Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, has notified the Board that he will not be standing for re-election and will retire from the Board and its Committees at the conclusion of the Company's next Annual General Meeting due to be held on 20 May 2026.
A replacement Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee will be appointed in due course.
