Turbo Genset Inc.27 April 2006 27 April 2006 Turbo Genset Inc Board Appointment The Board of Turbo Genset Inc, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Hawksworth as an independent Non Executive Director with immediateeffect. David Hawksworth (53) has spent the last 25 years in a variety of senior technical and managerial roles in the electromagnetic instruments industry. Between 1995 and 2003 he was Managing Director of Oxford Magnet Technology, a joint venture company between Oxford Instruments and Siemens, that manufacturesmagnets and associated electronics for MRI body scanners, supplying the world'smajor medical suppliers. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of OxfordBiosensors. David has a PhD in Materials Science and an honours degree in Physics. The Board further announces that Jim Stacey will retire from the Board at the forthcoming AGM in June. Colin Besant, Chairman said: "We are delighted to welcome someone with David's industry knowledge and commercial acumen to the Board of Turbo Genset. His in-depth experience of bringing new product developments to volume manufacturingwill be invaluable as we continue our development.
