It is announced that Andrew Sibbald is to step down as a Non-Executive Director of HomeServe plc with immediate effect.

Lexicon Partners, the corporate advisory business he co-founded, has recently been acquired by Evercore Partners Inc, the US based investment banking advisory firm. Andrew has been appointed the Chief Executive of Evercore's European advisory business and as a result he has decided to reduce his other commitments.

'I would like to record our appreciation to Andrew for his significant support and contribution to the Board over the past four years and to wish him every success in his new role.'
