Highway Capital PLC11 August 2006 HIGHWAY CAPITAL PLC BOARD CHANGES Highway Capital plc (the "Company") announces that Aron Freedman has beenappointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 4 August2006. Mr Freedman is beneficially interested in 2,350,000 ordinary shares of 2p eachin the capital of the Company, representing approximately 29.6 per cent. of theissued share capital of the Company. There are no disclosures to be made inrespect of Mr Freedman pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13, however, Mr Freedman iscurrently a director of a number of private companies. The Company further announces that Dominic Wheatley, John Roberts and Bob Burnshave today resigned as Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company now comprises Howard Drummon(who takes over from Dominic Wheatley as Non-Executive Chairman), Edward Leveyand Aron Freedman.
