Norman Broadbent (LSE AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, announces that Jon Kempster has notified the Board that, in order to focus on his other commitments and with the turnaround phase of the strategic growth plan now delivered, his intention is not to stand for re-election as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") expected to be held during May 2026. Accordingly, Jon will retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM.

The Board will look to appoint a replacement independent non-executive director in due course. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
