BBA Aviation plc ("BBA Aviation") announces that, in order to focus on his other business commitments, Mark Harper does not intend to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2013 and will retire from the Board from the close of that meeting.
Michael Harper, Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mark for his dedicated service to BBA Aviation over the last six years and the valuable contribution that he has made. He has been a valued member of the Board and we wish him all the best for the future."
Susan Kilsby will succeed Mark Harper as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
