The Board's over-riding objective is to focus on driving intu's new five year transformational strategy with balance sheet issues being addressed as a priority. I look forward to Steve's contribution to the Board's discussions.
Steve is replacing Adèle Anderson as audit chair. There will be a hand over period prior to Adèle stepping down from the Board on 25 October 2019 and I would like to take the opportunity to thank Adèle for her outstanding contribution to the Board and Audit Committee over the past several years."
