Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

Park announces the appointment of John Gittins as a non-executive director of the Group and Chair of the Audit Committee, with immediate effect.

John brings with him an executive PLC track record of relevant experience, spanning more than 20 years as a Chief Financial Officer across a number of sectors and territories, as well as over six years' experience as an independent non-executive director.

His previous executive roles include Group Finance Director of Fairpoint Group plc, an AIM listed provider of consumer financial and professional services, Begbies Traynor Group plc and Spring Group plc. He also serves as independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee on the Board of Nichols plc, the AIM listed international soft drinks business and in July 2016 was appointed finance trustee of Claire House Children's Hospice.

A graduate of the London School of Economics, John is a Chartered Accountant.
