Formation announces the resignation of Charles Green as non executive chairman and a director with immediate effect due to personal reasons.

The Group has commenced a process to identify an independent non executive chairman. Until a suitable candidate has been appointed David Kennedy, Chief Executive, will be appointed as interim Chairman and Chief Executive with immediate effect.
