Death of Peter Buckley
The board of Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company") is very sad to announce the death early this morning, after a short illness, of Peter Buckley a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Peter, the Chairman of Caledonia Investments plc, was instrumental in the set up of Polar Capital and served on its board from the date of its establishment in 2001. He made a major contribution to the board and his wise counsel will be sorely missed.
